For most routes we can have you airborne with as little as four hours' notice. For peak periods (Davos, the Monaco Grand Prix, Art Basel, year-end holidays) we recommend booking 2–4 weeks ahead to secure the best aircraft and slots.
Pricing depends on aircraft category, route and timing. As a guide: light jets from ~$3,500/hr, midsize from ~$5,500/hr, and heavy/long-range from ~$9,000/hr. Empty-leg flights can reduce costs by up to 70%. Every quote we send is fully transparent and all-inclusive — no surprise fees.
When an aircraft flies to reposition for its next charter, that one-way sector is sold at a significant discount. The aircraft, crew and service are identical to a full-price charter — only the flexibility on timing differs, as empty legs follow the aircraft's existing schedule.
Fifteen minutes is typical. You'll be driven directly to the aircraft or escorted through a private terminal (FBO). No queues, no security theatre — discreet checks are completed while you enjoy a coffee.
Every operator in our network holds a current Air Operator Certificate and is independently audited by ARGUS (Gold+ or Platinum) or Wyvern (Wingman). We require two-pilot crews on all flights and review maintenance and insurance documentation per trip.
Absolutely — pets travel in the cabin with you. We'll advise on destination-specific documentation (vaccination records, import permits) and can arrange pet-friendly catering and bedding.
Flexibility is the point of private aviation. Departure times can usually shift at no cost with reasonable notice. Route or date changes are handled by your flight director, who will rework the itinerary in real time. Cancellation terms are stated clearly on every quote before you commit.
